DAY 01 : ARRIVAL MAKASSAR - SENGKANG
Welcome to Makassar upon morning arrival at airport, meeting service by the guide and direct transfer to Sengkang a small village located in the center of the former Bugis kingdom on the Lake Tempe. On the way we will visit Bantimurung located 42 km east-north Makassar, in a steep limestone valley with tropical vegetation and a 15 meter high waterfall. In the afternoon we will try to catch the beautiful views of the sunset over the Lake Tempe we will cross the lake by motorized canoe and visit the fishermen families living on the floating villages Dinner and overnight at guesthouse in Sengkang
DAY 02 : SENGKANG - TORAJA LAND ( B )
After breakfast, we visit a traditional silk factory, where women hand spin and weave silk cloth. Then transfer to Tana Toraja via Palopo, passing through spectacular view along the road to Toraja. . In the afternoon arrive in Rantepao check in hotel for Hotel.
DAY 03 : TORAJA FULL DAY EXCURSION ( B )
After breakfast at hotel, a full day excursion exploring highlights of the region. Visit the cliff graves at Lemo where the burial chambers cut out of the rock and several balconies are filled with "tau-tau", effigies of the dead. The ancient cave graves at Londa, buried many members of the local nobility. Young village guides with kerosene lamps could escort you to enter the caves to see skeletons and old coffins, with nominal fee. Ke'te Kesu, a traditional village famous for its woodcarving and paintings, and the market of Rantepao with arrays of handicraft and souvenir shops is an interesting place to visit before returning to your hotel.
